Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions that apply when you access korlaxi.com, purchase an industrial support service, request a quotation, place an order, or use any professional consulting service provided by KORLAXI, LLC.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing korlaxi.com, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, purchasing a service, or requesting a quotation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or use our services.
2. About Our Business
KORLAXI, LLC provides International Industrial Support through korlaxi.com for machinery manufacturers and industrial suppliers seeking to expand into overseas markets.
Our offerings include document review and preparation, such as export document review, product specification review, business document preparation, and company profile preparation; market and advertising analysis reports, such as target-market, competitor, and product positioning analysis; and action plans and market support, such as advertising plans, overseas sales plans, market-entry plans, distributor development plans, and 30-day market monitoring.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services are supplied electronically and do not include the delivery of physical goods, machinery, spare parts, or on-site installation.
3. Eligibility and Authority
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction before placing an order.
If you purchase on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and enter into the relevant agreement on its behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you and your business, including export, advertising, competition, and data protection rules where relevant.
4. Service Descriptions and Scope
We make reasonable efforts to describe our services, deliverables, prices, and estimated timelines accurately. Service pages, quotations, order confirmations, and written agreements describe the scope of work.
Only the features expressly included in the product page, quotation, or written confirmation form part of the purchased service. Market research, document editing, advertising recommendations, and action plans are professional guidance based on available information. They are not legal advice, customs clearance, certified translation, accounting advice, or a guarantee of sales, distributor appointments, or advertising results.
Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not provide on-site factory visits, paid media buying, shipping, warehousing, or representation as your exclusive overseas agent.
5. Orders, Prices, and Payment
An order is an offer to purchase the selected service. We may accept or decline an order, including where the service is unavailable, the price is incorrect, information is incomplete, or the request appears unlawful or outside our scope.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or quotation. Applicable taxes, payment-provider charges, or other fees may be added where required.
Full payment is normally required before work starts or a deliverable is released, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Where a service is clearly described as a recurring plan, such as market monitoring, the billing period stated at checkout or in the service description applies.
6. Delivery of Work
Completed documents, reports, and action plans are normally delivered by email to the purchasing address, through the customer account, or by another electronic method we confirm with you.
Delivery times are estimates. Actual timing may depend on the completeness of materials you supply, the complexity of the requested market or document, and reasonable professional review.
You are responsible for providing a working email address, checking spam or junk folders, and downloading or storing delivered files. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details or third-party email filtering.
7. Customer Materials and Cooperation
You must provide requested content, files, product information, company details, target-market notes, and other materials reasonably needed to complete the ordered service.
You confirm that you own or are authorised to provide all branding, documents, specifications, catalogues, customer data, and other materials submitted to us, and that those materials do not infringe third-party rights.
Delays in providing materials, incomplete files, or inaccurate information may delay delivery or limit the usefulness of the completed work. We are not obliged to start or continue work while required materials remain outstanding.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the documents, branding, product information, and other materials you submit to us.
KORLAXI, LLC retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, research frameworks, original wording created by us, website content, and pre-existing materials, except for the licence granted below.
Upon full payment, we grant the purchasing customer a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered review, report, or action plan for that customer’s internal business purposes. Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership of our underlying methods, research tools, or website content, and does not permit resale of our deliverables as a competing consulting product without written permission.
9. Revisions and Support
The number of revisions included in a service is limited to the quantity stated on the product page, quotation, or written confirmation. Additional revisions may be quoted separately.
Support is provided only for the period, channel, service, and scope stated for the purchased item. Support covers delivery of the ordered work and reasonable clarification of the delivered files. It does not include unlimited extra research, new markets, or a different service package unless purchased separately.
10. Third-Party Platforms and Markets
Our work may refer to advertising platforms, marketplaces, trade directories, logistics options, or other third-party channels. Those platforms are operated independently and may change their rules, pricing, availability, or performance without notice.
We are not responsible for third-party account suspensions, advertising rejection, marketplace policy changes, shipping delays, or commercial outcomes that depend on platforms, buyers, or distributors outside our control.
11. Professional Nature of Advice
Document comments, market overviews, competitor notes, positioning suggestions, and action plans are provided for general business planning. You remain responsible for your own commercial decisions, contracts, export compliance, product safety, labelling, and advertising claims.
We do not guarantee that a reviewed document will be accepted by any authority, buyer, or platform, or that a recommended market, channel, or distributor approach will produce a particular result.
12. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our services are digital consulting work and may involve immediate professional effort after payment, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website, services, reports, or delivered files in a manner that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KORLAXI, LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost business opportunities, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that delivered work materially matches the purchased service description. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased service is limited to the amount paid for that service, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, payment methods, or business operations. The current version will be posted on korlaxi.com.
Continued use of the website or purchase of a service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different method of consent.
