1. Digital Consulting Services

Our services are professional consulting deliverables for machinery manufacturers and industrial suppliers. They include document review and preparation, market and advertising analysis reports, and action plans such as advertising, overseas sales, market entry, distributor development, and 30-day market monitoring.

These services are completed through professional work and delivered electronically, usually by email or through the customer account. They are not physical goods. There is no item to return, exchange, or ship back to us. Refund and cancellation requests are therefore reviewed according to whether work has started and whether the deliverable has already been sent.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team at [email protected] as soon as possible and provide the order number, purchasing email address, and reason for the request.

An order may normally be cancelled if we have not started reviewing submitted documents, researching the requested market, or preparing the ordered report or action plan, and if no deliverable has been sent. If cancellation is approved, we may issue a full refund to the original payment method.

A cancellation request is not confirmed until our customer service team has reviewed the order and sent written confirmation.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund assistance may be available when the wrong service was supplied, delivery cannot be completed due to an issue caused by us, work on the purchased service has not started, or the delivered document, report, or plan is materially different from the agreed service description.

Customers should contact us promptly after discovering a problem and provide the relevant order details, files, screenshots, or other information that allows us to review the issue.

Where reasonably possible, we may first provide a corrected file, a limited revision, replacement delivery, or another appropriate solution before approving a refund.

4. Non-Refundable and Partially Completed Work

Unless required by applicable law, refunds are generally not available after a reviewed document, analysis report, action plan, or monitoring summary has been delivered, downloaded, or otherwise made available to the customer.

Document review, company-profile preparation, market analysis, product positioning, advertising plans, overseas sales plans, market-entry plans, distributor development plans, and market monitoring are customised professional services. Once work has started, a full refund may not be available. If a project is cancelled after work begins, we may retain the amount reasonably attributable to completed research, drafting, reserved resources, third-party charges, or non-recoverable costs.

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, disagreement with professional recommendations, failure to provide required documents, inaccurate customer-supplied information, delayed customer responses, or problems caused by third-party markets, platforms, or systems outside our reasonable control.
